Returns and refunds

We offer a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to notify us that you wish to return it.

For returns under our voluntary return policy, your item must be in the same condition as received, unworn and unused, with tags and its original packaging. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase. These conditions do not limit any mandatory consumer rights applicable to your purchase.

Please contact us before shipping your return so that we can provide instructions and, where available, arrange a return shipping label. This procedure does not restrict your statutory right of withdrawal.

Return shipping costs

For returns due to a change of mind, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

If Officine Tecniche arranges a return shipping label, we will inform you of its cost before issuing it. With your agreement, this cost may be deducted from your refund.

Please follow our shipping and customs instructions when returning an item from outside the European Union.

These provisions do not apply to returns of defective, damaged or incorrect items where applicable law requires Officine Tecniche to bear the return costs.

Customs duties and import taxes on non-EU orders

For deliveries outside the European Union, customs duties, import taxes and customs clearance charges paid by Officine Tecniche in connection with the original importation will not be refunded in the event of a return due to a change of mind, except where required by applicable law. Where these amounts are included in the payment made to Officine Tecniche, their amount and treatment in the event of a return will be disclosed before purchase.

If you paid customs duties, import taxes or customs clearance charges directly to your local customs authority or carrier, these amounts were not received by Officine Tecniche and are not included in the refund we issue.

Any request to recover these amounts must be made by you to the relevant customs authority or carrier in your country, in accordance with local rules and procedures. We can provide documentation confirming the return and refund to support your request, but we cannot guarantee that these amounts will be recoverable.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us promptly if the item is defective, damaged or incorrect, so that we can assess the issue and resolve it.

Nothing in this policy limits your statutory rights relating to defective or non-conforming goods.

Exchanges

The fastest way to receive a different item is to arrange the return of your original purchase and place a separate order for the replacement.

European Union right of withdrawal

For purchases covered by European Union consumer withdrawal rights, you have 14 days after delivery to notify us that you wish to withdraw from the purchase, without providing a reason. You then have a further 14 days to send the item back.

You may inspect the item as necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning. You may be responsible for any diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary for that purpose, as permitted by applicable law.

Return shipping costs are your responsibility, provided that you were informed of this before purchase, unless we agree to cover them.

We will refund the payments received from you, including the cost of our least expensive standard delivery option. Additional charges for a more expensive delivery option selected by you are not refundable.

Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method, unless otherwise agreed, within the time required by applicable law.

For withdrawals covered by European Union consumer law, we will issue the refund without undue delay and within 14 days of being informed of your decision to withdraw. Where legally permitted, we may withhold the refund until we receive the returned item or evidence that it has been sent back, whichever occurs first.

For other returns under our voluntary return policy, we will issue the refund within 10 business days of receiving and inspecting the item, unless applicable law requires a shorter period.

Your bank or payment provider may need additional time to process and display the refund.
